How do I sign in?

Enter the email your invitation was sent to. We email you a 6-digit code, or sign in with a passkey (Face ID / Touch ID) if you have set one up.

I did not get a sign-in code.

Check your spam folder and make sure you use the same email the invitation went to. The code is valid for 10 minutes; you can request a new one.

How do I get an account?

MCC TASK is invitation-only. Ask your organisation’s administrator to invite you.

I am not receiving notifications.

Open Settings → Notifications in the app and check the notification types. On your phone, allow notifications for MCC TASK in the system settings.

What is the Claude / OpenAI key for?

AI features (turning notes and voice recordings into tasks, suggesting a project style) use your own key. Add it in Settings → Claude AI. The app works without it, just without AI features.

How do I delete my account?

Email task@mccventure.com from the address you sign in with. We delete the account and personal data within 30 days.
